A note from the Director:
Grand View Youth Group is open to all Middle and High School students. It is Grand View’s mission to raise youth up to become God’s disciples. The youth do an excellent job of supporting and encouraging each other to become better followers and to stand for Christ. Their friendships are tied with a bond that we alone cannot create. ~Billie Riniker (Youth Director)
What we do:
The youth group meets two times a week, sometimes more. Sunday mornings we have Sunday School at 9:30a.m. in the Youth Room. We spend this time studying God’s word and discussing how to apply His teaching to our lives. We’re an active group so we always do a “get up and move” activity to go
along with the study. At the end of every meeting we open the floor to anyone who has prayer concerns and pray for each other.
On Wednesday evenings we meet in the Youth Room from 6:30-8:30p.m. Wednesdays are when we make our plans for service, fundraising and outside activities. It is also our time for crazy fun! We pray, play, sing, dance, run, sit, throw, hide, seek, chase, listen, scream, plan…enjoy.
We also do many outside activities.

- Summer Games, a week-long summer camp

- concerts

- field games
- ice cream runs
- water and relay games
- service opportunities
- fundraising events
- and more
We are an active group of Christians that are on fire for the Lord. We are constantly expanding. It is not uncommon to see one or two new faces each week. We are always welcoming new kids to the group and we would love to have you come visit!
