Genesis begins with a simple but powerful truth: God created. He brought something from nothing, spoke order into chaos, and filled creation with life. But the God we meet in Genesis 1 isn’t a distant God whose work ended at creation. He is the same God revealed to us in Jesus—the Word who was there in the beginning and who continues to bring light into darkness, peace into chaos, and hope into our lives today. In Week 2 of Origin Story, we explore what the creation story reveals about who God is and why it matters for us now.
