Grand View Ministry Team

Pastor Tom has served Grand View since 2009. He is passionate about growing the influence of Jesus in the world, especially in the Dubuque area and Nigeria. He loves to ride his Harley, garden, camp, fish, and cook.

Brandi has been at Grand View since 2004 and has been serving as Director of our Child Development Ministry since 2012. Brandi is well-loved by both the children and parents she works with, and she loves being able to serve God through helping children grow!

Alec serves at Grand View in the areas of worship, music, technology, and youth ministry. His greatest joy is seeing people of all ages connect with God through music and community. Alec has been on staff since 2012, loves the city of Dubuque, and enjoys attempting to golf alongside his wife.

Pastor Jen joined the Grand View staff in 2024. She serves passionately in the areas of member care and children’s faith formation. Jen celebrated being ordained a Deacon in the Global Methodist Church in June 2026.

Sydney is a long-time member at one of our campuses, Wesley, and has been on staff in some capacity at Grand View since 2022. She is a student at Emmaus University, studying Business & Bible. Sydney works closely with Sophia to tackle all the duties related to youth & young adults.

Sophia has been attending Grand View Church since she was a sophomore and has experienced Grand View Youth Group as a high schooler, and will now take on the role of helping to organize and lead those youth into a closer relationship with God. Sophia joined the team 2025 and is the leader of our ministry with adults 18-30 called C&C Group.

Pastor Crystal has been our Campus Pastor at Wesley and Center Grove since we connected in 2021. The people of these congregations love having Pastor Crystal, and the feeling is mutual! She loves being able to lead the people of Wesley and Center Grove closer to God.

Chantal has been on the Grand View staff since 2023.

She handles everything communications and marketing related, including social media, newsletters, advertising, and more!

Shelley joined the staff at Grand View in 2012. She is easy to get along with, great to work with, and keeps the Grand View building clean and safe for our church and students.
