Sermon Discussion Group
The Sunday morning Sermon Discussion group meets from 9:30-10:30am in the John Wesley Room during the school year, the same time as PreK-12 Sunday School. This is a great opportunity for adults to join a thought-provoking discussion group where it's ok to ask questions. For more information contact the Grand View office at office@grandviewdubuque.org.
Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage
Led by long time members Erin & Kelly Haven, this group is open to all couples, not just married ones. They focus on having & maintaining a Christian marriage, while not losing yourself in the seriousness of it. Come & laugh with them at 9:30am every Sunday in the Susanna Wesley Room.
Parents’ Group
Parents’ Group is an opportunity for parents with kids in the home to gather with other parents and share stories, learn together, and connect. You are invited to join this group of parents as they talk family, faith, and friendship. This class will resume in the fall in the Susanna Wesley room every Wednesday during CFX at 6:30pm. Simply show up or let us know if you have any questions.
Prayer Shepherds
Prayer Shepherds are a group that meets every Wednesday from 10:45am–Noon to pray for the needs of our congregation, Pastor Tom, and our country. A Shepherd watches over and cares for his flock. A Prayer Shepherd prays over and loves the people of Grand View. There's a Prayer Box on the Connection Counter where prayer requests can be placed and the Prayer Shepherds will pray for those requests every Wednesday. All prayer requests are confidential.
